Introduction

We’re recruiting a temporary Chef de Partie for a prestigious multi-Rosette restaurant in Central London. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing kitchen team and contribute to exceptional dining experiences. The pay rate is £16.25 per hour. Starting asap and ongoing around 45 hours per week.

The role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for a section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes to the restaurant’s exacting standards. You’ll work closely with the wider brigade to support smooth, consistent service in a busy restaurant environment.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard

• Manage your section during service and keep it organized and well stocked

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service

• Help maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role

• Confidence working in a high-standard, fast-paced restaurant kitchen

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling

• Availability for temporary shifts in Central London

Pay and shifts

£16.25 per hour. Shifts will be arranged according to the restaurant’s requirements.
