The kitchen operates with a team of a Head Chef, one Sous Chef, Three Chef de Parties and Three Kitchen Porters, giving you an established brigade to work alongside.
The working pattern is 45 hours across five days, with straight shifts and no late kitchen finishes. The kitchen serves until 8pm Monday to Saturday and 7pm on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team during service
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control
Contribute to menu development and create seasonal specials
Assist with food costing, stock control and ordering
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
Help train and develop junior members of the brigade
Work collaboratively to deliver an excellent guest experience
