The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and passionate person to join a popular independent coffee and brunch venue in Brookmans Park.

You will work closely with the owners in a supportive kitchen team that are happy to train and develop junior members of the team.

The kitchen focuses on fresh food prepared in-house, including classic breakfast and brunch dishes cooked to a high standard, alongside new and evolving brunch and lunch menu items inspired by current food trends

The owners are passionate about creating a workplace where the team works well together, delivers great food and service, and everyone leaves work feeling positive at the end of the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes

• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness & food quality and presentation

• Contribute ideas for new menu items and daily specials

• Assist in the kitchen meeting all food safety and HACCP standards

• Work efficiently within a small kitchen team

• Experience working with breakfast, brunch or café-style menus is beneficial
