About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team within a well-established gastro pub in Essex - Canvey Island. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and work with high-quality, fresh ingredients under the guidance of an experienced, Rosette-accredited Head Chef.

You will be responsible for running your section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

• Passion for fresh food and high-quality ingredients

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
