About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead a kitchen that celebrates homegrown, seasonal produce. The business is built around a beautiful one-acre fruit and vegetable garden—featured in national magazines and television—which supplies a large portion of the kitchen’s fresh ingredients.
Ideally you will have experience of bottling, fermenting, and cooking over fire. The ideal candidate will have considerable previous quality cooking experience in good reputation kitchens and have an eye for business.
We are looking for a long-term recruitment with a candidate who is determined to build a team to create good working hours and practices for all the kitchen team. This is about understanding that training and consistency are crucial to that.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the kitchen team and develop the business’s reputation for quality, creativity, and sustainability
Work extensively with homegrown produce and the best local suppliers
Utilise techniques such as fermenting, bottling, and open-fire cooking
Bring strong business acumen and consistency to daily kitchen operations
