About the Sous Chef Role

Due to continued growth and popularity, Our clients team is expanding again.

This Sous Chef position is ideal for a strong, experienced chef looking to step into a Sous Chef role, or an existing Sous Chef seeking a better work-life balance without compromising on quality.

You will be working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen within a well-loved, independently owned farm shop and garden centre, known for its fresh, seasonal food offering.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to:

• Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen

• Maintain high standards of food quality and service

• Contribute ideas for seasonal specials and menu development

• Thrive in a high-volume environment
