About the Role
We are looking for a Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy, table-service restaurant within a well-established retail and leisure destination.

This is a hands-on role in a relaxed, high-quality dining environment serving seasonal dishes, light bites, afternoon tea, and a range of drinks. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service while supporting and leading the team.

Working Pattern
Week 1:

• Wednesday: 08:30 – 16:30

• Thursday: 10:00 – 16:30

• Friday: 08:30 – 16:30

Week 2:

• Wednesday: 08:30 – 16:30

• Thursday: 10:00 – 16:30

• Friday: 08:30 – 16:30

• Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00

• Sunday: 09:00 – 16:00

Flexible options available, including candidates who prefer weekend-only shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient service

• Deliver high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly

• Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts

• Assist with staff supervision, including rotas, holidays, and attendance

• Support with cost control, wages, and basic financial processes

• Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality or catering, ideally in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Confident in supporting team development and daily operations

• Proactive, organised, and customer-focused
