The Opportunity

Join an independently owned, modern village gastro pub serving fresh, seasonal food prepared entirely in-house. This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to take ownership of a kitchen while working with a supportive and passionate team. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong Head Chef background in Gastro Pub venues.

You’ll have creative input on menus and specials, while maintaining high standards across food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organisation. You’ll also play a key role in training and developing junior team members.

With direct access to the owners, decisions are made quickly and investment in equipment is never a barrier.

The team is stable, friendly, and takes pride in delivering great food and service every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach

• Team player with a positive, no-ego attitude

• Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking

• Great with Gp's Margins & Stock Control
