About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items

• Provide exceptional customer service in a warm and friendly manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace and equipment

• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail

About You

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for coffee and creating great customer experiences

• Reliable and able to work weekends as part of a rota
