About the Role

Our client is currently seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Senior Chef De Partie to join our kitchen brigade in a thriving, family-run business. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your enthusiasm, creativity and leadership to a unique venue offering functions, weddings, restaurant dining and golf facilities, set within stunning woodland surroundings in the heart of Yorkshire.

Working closely with the team, you will play a key role in inspiring and joining a forward-thinking kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food using fresh, local produce

• Motivate the kitchen team with your passion for food

• Maintain excellent health, hygiene and food safety standards

• Join in Menu planning and development

• Allergen information and controls

• Kitchen organisation

• Manage a section

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ kitchen experience, preferably in a similar role

• Current driving licence (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication skills

• Passion for fresh food and high standards

The Venue

The site features a large, recently refurbished restaurant, multiple function rooms hosting private parties, conferences and weddings, an 18-hole golf course and a members’ sports bar. The venue also offers a unique interactive chef’s table concept delivering bespoke tasting menus, wine pairings and seasonal dining events.

• 2+ years’ experience as a Chef De Partie

• A chef who’s eager to grow, develop, and lead a team

• A team player with a no-ego attitude and a passion for quality food

• Someone who truly loves fresh, clean, seasonal produce
