Pay: £12.21 – £13.50 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 25–30 hours per week

Experienced Chef Required

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef with a minimum of 2 years’ kitchen experience to join a busy and professional kitchen team.

This role is ideal for a dedicated Chef who takes pride in high standards, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

The Menu is very traditional with pub classics and rotating specials which you will have creative freedom to create and add to when you like.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for delivering quality dishes while maintaining kitchen standards and supporting senior team members.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking to a high standard

• Maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness

• Working independently and as part of a team

• Supporting all kitchen duties from pot wash to leading the pass

• Creating specials and assisting the Head Chef with costings

• Supporting stock control and waste management

• High standard of timekeeping and communication

• Understanding of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety

• Allergen awareness (training provided via online portal)
