💰 Salary: £35,000 (Live-in, all bills included) or £37,500 (Live-out)

🗓 Example Shift Pattern

• Wednesday: 11:00am – 8:30pm

• Thursday: 11:00am – 8:30pm

• Friday: 11:00am – 8:30pm

• Saturday: 11:00am – 8:30pm

• Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm

(No late-night finishes and no split shifts.)

The Opportunity

Are you a talented Junior Sous ready to step up into your first Sous Chef role? This is a fantastic opportunity to progress in a supportive, independently owned kitchen.

They serve fresh, seasonal dishes, all prepared in-house. They serve whole Roast Chickens for a stunning Sunday Lunch as well as a popular tapas option . You’ll have the freedom to contribute your own specials and help maintain high standards across the kitchen.

As an independent venue, there’s no red tape just genuine investment in equipment, ingredients, and people.

You must be confident running the kitchen alone two days per week.

If you choose the live-in option, you’ll have your own private en-suite room with all bills included — significantly reducing your cost of living.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef

• Ready to step up and take responsibility

• Strong leadership skills with a positive, no-ego attitude

• Passion for fresh, seasonal produce

• A genuine team player
