This is a genuine sole Chef position in a beautifully remote Highland location — with 15 miles to the nearest town or shop. Perfect for a Chef who enjoys independence, responsibility, and the great outdoors.

If you're an active Chef who loves hiking, walking, cycling, watersports and immersing yourself in nature, this is an incredible seasonal lifestyle opportunity.

You’ll be the sole Chef running the kitchen, delivering high-quality evening dining in a relaxed bistro guesthouse setting. With no breakfast or lunch service, you’ll have your mornings free to explore the surrounding landscape before prepping for evening service.

The Role
