Salary: Competitive
Hours: 40 hours per week over 6 days
Closed: Mondays

Job Overview

We are recruiting a skilled Chef to join a well-established, independently owned Chinese restaurant in Market Harbour. You’ll work alongside two experienced team members in a supportive, fast-paced kitchen serving over 100 covers on busy weekends.

The kitchen focuses on fresh, traditional dishes prepared fully in-house. This role includes assisting with the preparation of fresh stock made daily, as well as helping manage stock control, ordering, and supply levels to ensure smooth service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard

  • Assisting with making fresh stock in-house

  • Supporting stock control, ordering, and supply management

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

  • Working collaboratively within a close-knit team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Chef

  • A motivated Chef looking to grow and develop

  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude

  • Passion for fresh, clean Asian cuisine
