The Opportunity

Are you a talented Head Chef looking to lead a brand-new bistro? This could be the perfect move. You’ll work directly with the owner to create fresh, traditional Italian dishes with flair.

The menu will consist of seasonal, fully in-house prepared dishes. You’ll enjoy creative freedom, contribute your own specials, and help maintain high standards throughout the kitchen.

As an independently owned venue, you’ll have direct access to the owners, fast decision-making, and no restrictions when it comes to replacing or investing in equipment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef

  • Passion for traditional dishes done correctly

  • A team player with a no-ego attitude

  • Someone who loves fresh, clean, seasonal produce

Working Hours

20 hours / 4 days

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 16:30–21:30

  • Sunday: 11:00–16:00
