Location: Holmbridge, West Yorkshire
Salary: £15/hour (negotiable for the right candidate)
Hours: 45 hours/week, closed Monday evenings

Are you a passionate Chef de Partie  ready to take the next step? Our client, a busy and characterful country gastro pub, is seeking an exceptional culinary professional to join their team. Exceptional candidates may even progress into a Junior Sous Chef role.

Set in a beautifully restored 18th-century coaching house, this upmarket gastro pub blends history, hospitality, and top-quality seasonal cuisine. With 8 stunning ensuite bedrooms, a luxury suite, and a self-catering apartment, the pub attracts both locals and visitors alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cooking consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Supporting the kitchen leadership in daily operations, stock control, and prep
• Collaborating with a skilled, experienced kitchen team (30+ years’ experience each!)
• Contributing creativity to menus and specials
• Flexibility to cover breakfast service alongside other team members
