Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000 per year (plus bonuses)
Start Date: After 15th October

We are looking for a passionate and capable Chef to take ownership of their own kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to step up into a leadership role and run a kitchen without the pressures of a fine-dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Run and manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of cooking and presentation across all dishes
• Lead and support the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service
• Handle the pressures of a busy environment with confidence
• Oversee ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong cooking skills with experience working in a professional kitchen
• Previous Head Chef experience is not essential – perfect for an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef ready to step up
• Ability to manage, motivate, and lead a small team
• A calm, positive attitude under pressure
