About the Chef de Partie Position – Temporary Kitchen Role in Boston

• Prepare, cook, and present traditional Italian dishes to a high standard, following the restaurant’s authentic recipes.
• Support senior chefs during busy services, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency at all times.
• Manage your own section, from mise en place to service, maintaining impeccable kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and minimizing food waste according to industry best practices.
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional, team-oriented kitchen environment.
• Adhere to all HACCP, health and safety, and allergen management processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile – Temp CDP, Italian Cuisine

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef within Italian or fresh food restaurant kitchens.
• Passion for Italian food and a solid understanding of classic cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain high standards through busy periods.
• Good communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
