We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead a series of high-end private dinners at a prestigious luxury estate between 5th – 10th October.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented chef with fine dining experience to showcase their creativity, using the very best of the estate’s own wild and seasonal ingredients to craft unforgettable dining experiences.

The Role:

• Design and execute a bespoke fine dining menu for intimate private dinners.
• Utilise the estate’s seasonal and wild produce to its fullest potential.
• Deliver dishes of the highest standard, showcasing creativity, flavour, and presentation.
• Lead the kitchen with professionalism and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven background in Michelin-level, luxury, or fine dining environments.
• Strong creativity and respect for seasonality and wild ingredients.
• Excellent organisation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering a world-class dining experience.
