🌮 Head Chef Wanted – Independent Mexican Restaurant – £18ph + Tips – Horsham, West Sussex 🌮

We’re working with a growing independent Mexican restaurant in Horsham, West Sussex, currently rebuilding after a recent takeover in May. We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Head Chef to lead the kitchen and help us bring fresh energy and flavour to the local food scene.

📍 Location: Horsham, West Sussex
⏰ Hours: Approx. 48 hours per week (busiest Thursday to Saturday)
💷 Pay: £18 per hour
💰 Tips: available for all staff
👥 Team: Friendly FOH team with 3 waitresses already in place

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark in a kitchen with creative freedom, input into menus, and a supportive team environment. We're not a chain — just passionate people serving great food.

What we're looking for:

• A Head Chef with experience in fresh food kitchens
• Confident in running a small kitchen and leading by example
• Passion for Mexican cuisine a bonus (but not essential)
• A team player ready to help us grow and improve
