We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie with 1–2 Rosette-level experience for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with a prestigious luxury train operator.

You'll prepare high-end dishes at our Battersea depot before setting off on unforgettable journeys—working onboard and staying on the train for up to 6 nights as it travels across the UK and beyond.

💼 The Role:

  • Work from our Battersea kitchen for all food prep
  • Travel and live onboard the train during service
  • Deliver fine-dining experiences to luxury guests
  • Share cabin accommodation during trips (up to 6 nights)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Chef de Partie experience at 1–2 Rosette level
  • London-based (essential for depot access)
  • Comfortable being away from home and sharing accommodation
  • Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure
  • Passion for detail and exceptional standards

💷 What’s On Offer:

  • £15.12 per hour
  • Temporary contract until 5th December
