We’re looking for an exceptional leader to head the kitchen at our client's busy and characterful country gastro pub, tucked away in the picturesque village of Holmbridge, just minutes from Holme Moss and the Peak District National Park.

Set in a beautifully restored 18th Century coaching house, the upmarket gastro pub blends history and hospitality, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a strong local following. Alongside a reputation for fresh, seasonal pub food, the property also boasts six stunning ensuite bedrooms, a luxury suite, and a self-catering apartment, attracting both locals and visitors to the area.

The business is all about quality food, genuine hospitality, and a team-first approach—front and back of house.

👨‍🍳 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a small kitchen team with positivity and professionalism
• Cooking consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Managing kitchen operations: ordering, stock control, food margins, and prep
• Overseeing rotas and ensuring smooth, efficient service
• Bringing your creativity to shape menus and contribute new ideas
