Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum
Full-time | 5 days over 7 | Mix of straight & split shifts

This beautifully restored 18th-century inn, nestled at the foot of Pendle Hill, has been delighting guests for over 30 years. With a warm, traditional charm and modern hospitality excellence, this family-run gastro pub with rooms is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure every guest experience is unforgettable.

🧾 Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations across bar, brasserie, terrace, and events
- Lead and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences
- Manage bookings, guest inquiries, and event coordination with precision and professionalism
- Ensure smooth service during busy periods and maintain high standards across all service styles
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and senior team on service flow, menu launches, and promotions
- Handle staffing, rotas, training, and performance management
- Maintain health & safety, licensing compliance, and stock control
- Build rapport with regular guests and uphold the warm, welcoming reputation of the venue
✅ What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-quality, fast-paced hospitality setting
- Confident team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to service excellence
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Experience coordinating events, weddings, or private dining is a plus
- Passion for British hospitality and genuine care for guests and team alike
