Essential Skills & Experience for Temp Sous Chef Jobs in Casual Dining
- Minimum 3 years’ professional kitchen experience, ideally in casual dining, pubs, or similar fast-paced settings.
- Previous experience at Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie level is required.
- Current Food Hygiene Level 2 certification and practical allergen knowledge (essential).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication and a collaborative, positive attitude.
- Passion for delivering memorable dining experiences to all guests.
- DBS check is preferred but not essential.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
