Key Responsibilities for Temporary Sous Chef in Casual Dining, Bonnyrigg

- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and Allergen Awareness (essential).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in busy, service-driven environments.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable with a keen eye for detail and passion for customer satisfaction.
- Flexible for temporary assignments and able to start immediately in the Bonnyrigg area.
- DBS check (preferred but not essential).
