Chef de Partie Role in 3 AA Rosette Restaurant – Key Responsibilities
- Consistently prepare and present dishes to a 3 AA Rosette standard, ensuring quality, taste, and visual appeal.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with other kitchen team members across all service periods.
- Take responsibility for your designated kitchen section, overseeing mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development, events and the casual dining outlets
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times within your section and the general kitchen environment.
- Assist with stock rotation, checking deliveries, and reducing kitchen wastage.
- Mentor and support junior chefs, providing guidance and sharing best kitchen practices.
Skills, Experience & Requirements for Chef de Partie in Fine Dining
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-quality, fresh food kitchen; previous Rosette or Michelin experience highly desirable.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and Allergen Awareness (essential).
- Proven track record of delivering consistency in both taste and presentation under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills within a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Reliable, honest, and able to manage your section with minimal supervision.
- Keen to learn, adapt, and continuously develop your skills.
