• Comply with all food hygiene, safety, and allergen regulations

Ideal Experience and Skills for a Temp Chef de Partie in Derby Pub

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality, fast-paced pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Confidence cooking fresh, seasonal ingredients and following recipes accurately
