We're looking for an experienced Head Chef (or strong Sous Chef) to lead the kitchen for a one-day, high-end outside catering event in Eastbourne on Saturday, 17th May 2025.

You’ll be working alongside a skilled and professional brigade, catering for 100 guests at a premium event where quality, presentation, and service are key. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your leadership and culinary skills in a well-organised, high-end environment.

  • 📅 Date: Saturday, 17th May 2025
  • 🕘 Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • 👨‍🍳 Role: Temporary Head Chef (or experienced Sous Chef)
