About the Role:
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a close-knit kitchen team
• Designing and delivering menus for the hotel’s restaurant, events, weddings, and conferences
• Managing kitchen operations, food costs, and health & safety compliance
• Maintaining high culinary standards while delivering consistency across all services

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Proven experience in a Head Chef role, ideally in a hotel or multi-outlet environment
✔ Passion for modern British cuisine, seasonal produce, and premium presentation
✔ Strong leadership and team development skills
✔ Able to maintain high standards in a busy, quality-driven environment
✔ Must be commutable to Norwich – no accommodation is provided
