Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and preparing high-quality, innovative dishes that align with the 2 Rosette standard.
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the head chef to plan and execute seasonal menus utilising fresh, local ingredients.
• Guide and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a team-focused environment that promotes professional growth.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies to minimise waste and ensure stock availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, ideally within a 2 Rosette or equivalent fine dining establishment.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification is essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, particularly under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and management.
• A proactive approach to culinary challenges and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
