Positions Available & Responsibilities:

👨‍🍳 Head Chef / Cook (£15.68 per hour)

• Oversee kitchen operations and meal planning
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service
• Prepare and cook meals tailored to dietary requirements
• Maintain stock control and place orders as required

👩‍🍳 2nd Chef / Cook (£14.56 per hour)

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
• Adhere to allergen and dietary guidelines
• Step up in the Head Chef’s absence

🥗 Kitchen Assistant (£13.44 per hour)

• Assist with basic food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Support chefs with ingredient prep and stock rotation
• Follow hygiene and food safety procedures
• Assist with washing up and general kitchen duties
