Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: North Yorkshire

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Free Live-In Accommodation

Hours: 45 hours per week over 4 days

The Role: As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards. This role offers the opportunity to work in a newly refurbished kitchen featuring the latest induction technology, alongside a passionate and skilled team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your section to the 3 AA Rosette standard.
• Assisting with the training and development of junior staff.
• Managing your section effectively, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety within the kitchen.
