The restaurant is undergoing a full refurbishment, and with this revitalization comes an incredible opportunity for a talented Executive / Development Chef to shape their evolving food concept.

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Executive / Development Chef to lead the development of exciting, easily marketable dishes that appeal to both older and younger generations. The focus will be on introducing diverse regional cuisines from India, blending authentic cooking techniques with modern innovations to ensure the menu remains both traditional and contemporary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and develop dishes that resonate across generations, from grandparents to younger diners.
• Design menus showcasing a wide variety of Indian regional cuisines, ensuring authenticity while embracing creativity.
• Incorporate traditional cooking techniques and continuously explore new ideas to keep the dining experience dynamic.
• Collaborate on the full refurbishment project, contributing to the vision of a revitalized and engaging dining concept.
• Lead the development of buffet offerings and oversee bespoke menus for weddings and events.

Ideal Candidate:

• A forward-thinking, innovative chef who can blend tradition with creativity.
• Experience in Indian cuisine is an advantage but not essential—enthusiasm for learning and respect for authentic techniques are key.
• Strong skills in menu development and an ability to appeal to a diverse clientele.
