- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing the kitchen's daily operations.

- Train and mentor commis chefs and other junior kitchen staff.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, preferably in a fine dining or premium hotel environment.
- A strong foundation in modern culinary techniques and a dedication to culinary excellence.
- Effective leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team.
